Alicia Douglas holds a BSc in Psychology where she has built and improved on creating personable relationships as well as maintaining a positive attitude. Alicia has developed a keen interest on developing processes for creating and delivering communication offerings that have value for customers, clients and society at large.
Awa Ibraheem holds a bachelor degree in accountancy and a master’s degree in Accountancy and finance. Awa has varied experiences in accounting, tax management, property investment and property management. He also is an affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Awa was a property investment associate for a St Johns Wood company which has been leading its sector for 40 years. He is presently a property investment associate for PMP INTERNATIONAL (UK). He also uses his accounting experience to serve as there in house accountant and financial advisor.
Charla is tenacious and always strives for perfection when dealing with property management and administration. Having travelled extensively Charla prides herself in engaging with international clients and tenants and she is extremely caring and confidential in her approach to matters.
Daniel has been a specialist in the North West London lettings market for several years. West Hampstead, Finchley Road and the surrounding areas are his patch. Daniel excels in dealing with tenants and has established firm relationships with locals over the years. He knows the lettings market inside and out so if you are looking to rent a property or rent out your property Daniel is your man. Unfortunately Daniel is a Chelsea fan but we will try not to hold this against him!
Having graduated from University with a BA Hons in Politics and East Asian Studies Dawn spent a number of years in Asia working for a Korean pharmaceutical firm before she returned to the UK to work in an established NW London Estate Agency. It was here that she began her career in property. She augmented her practical knowledge by undertaking a Diploma in Surveying at the University of Reading but soon realised that the fast paced nature of the High Street was where her future lay. Dawn has been at PMP INTERNATIONAL since its inception in 2013 and looks forward to being a part of the Company’s growth in an ever changing market.
Mo is an exceptional sales negotiator with an in depth knowledge of the property market. He is incredibly personable and proactive in getting transactions across the line. Mo is a family man with a wife and two teenage children who keep him on his feet. In his spare time Mo is an exceptional home cook, regularly winning cooking competitions notably, recently the Chesham "Saladoff" .
Noel has worked in the Central London and North West London property market for a number of years. During this time he has fostered key relationships with landlords, vendors, developers and tenants. With experience in law and having worked within a large public company, Noel's breadth of experience is well-suited to consistently performing within the marketplace. In his spare time Noel loves cooking and racking up the miles on foot as he is a very keen runner.

In her previous role she was awarded by All Agents Best Agent in W12 in 2018, 2019 and 2020. Sali is a world-wide explorer and fluent in Hebrew and Spanish.
